Where do you work?
Dublin and surrounding areas, with availability confirmed when you request a quote. Travel and parking charges may apply depending on the location and will be included in your quote.
When are appointments available?
Monday to Sunday, subject to availability. We reply to quote requests within 24 hours, including weekends.
What do you need for a quote?
Current photos or a short video clearly showing every area and task to be cleaned, plus close-ups of build-up and requested extras. Add your Eircode, bedrooms and bathrooms, service, frequency, preferred date, and access, parking and pet details. We do not quote without images. Avoid including people, documents or sensitive personal details.
How is the price agreed?
All services are quoted individually. Deep cleaning and after-builders cleaning have higher hourly rates than regular cleaning. Quotes are valid for seven days; dates remain subject to availability until the deposit is received. Additional working time or costs require your approval before we continue.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes — two combined working hours: one cleaner for two hours or two cleaners for one hour.
Do you bring products and equipment?
Basic cleaning products are included. We use our own equipment, charged per visit and clearly detailed in your quote.
Do I need to be home?
No, provided access is arranged beforehand. Water and electricity must be available throughout the service.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Please tell us about pets when booking and keep them in a safe place during the clean.
How should I prepare?
Leave the sink clear of dishes and worktops free of personal items to make the most of the booked time. Cupboards do not need to be emptied for deep cleaning; removing and replacing contents counts towards working time. For inside-fridge cleaning, empty the appliance and store food elsewhere under refrigeration. Any freezer included must be defrosted beforehand following manufacturer instructions. Rubble must be removed before an after-builders clean.
Can you clean inside my oven or fridge?
Yes, as extras by prior quotation. Please include images with your request.
What is not offered?
Dishwashing, laundry, ironing, food preparation or handling, rubble removal, work at height, and carpet or upholstery washing. Carpet and upholstery care is limited to vacuuming. Interior windows are included in deep cleaning only where safely accessible without work at height.
What if something was missed?
Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of completion, with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return to correct shortcomings in the agreed tasks. The return appointment is arranged with you; new tasks and new dirt are not included.
Booking essentials
Review these arrangements before paying your deposit. We also include them with your quote.
- A 50% deposit by Revolut secures your appointment once availability is confirmed. It is deducted from the total. The balance is due on completion, by Revolut or cash.
- Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full deposit refund. Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date, subject to availability.
- Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a charge of 50% of the full approved quote, including equipment and all other agreed charges. Your deposit covers this charge. Emergencies are considered individually.
- If we cannot work on arrival because access, water or electricity is unavailable, the same charge of 50% of the full approved quote applies and is covered by your deposit.
- If we cancel and you do not accept an alternative date, your deposit is refunded in full.
Our 24-hour quality follow-up is an additional service commitment and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
